Nicely constructed 3/2 in a nice neighborhood but without a lot of personality. You’ll have to budget for the $413/month HOA dues for amenities. We’re off to a pretty good start!
Review snippet from @marciramo: "It's a nice looking home, but crazy that a 3/2 in Ft Meyers, FL commands a half mil these days."
Fairly new (2010) brick home on a little lake. Nothing like photos of big trucks and old furniture to sell a house. Also, I’m afraid $500K doesn’t get you close to the actual Myrtle “beach”.
Review snippet from @wallymarion: "Pretty sweet crib imo. Bet the pond out back is gator city though."
Compact rancher adjacent to open space. Fort Collins must be a hotter market than I thought, because I can think of 1,000 places where this house would be <$200K.
Review snippet from @jamieb: "If you want to live in Ft Collins, CO be prepared to live small and spend big. 1,800 sqft requires half a million"
If you’re looking for a low maintenance backyard, why not go for gold and avoid a single blade of grass? Also, we can take the listing agent's word for it on the RV parking. Maybe the RV would make the house look nicer?
Review snippet from @jflo21: "I don't like yard maintenance and this place doesn't have a single blade of grass, so its a plus? Plus plus for the light exposure too, not a tree in sight."
Review snippet from @richmondgal: "Hard to review a house with only one picture, but I am just guessing that the rest of this place is just as much of a train wreck as the outside."
